After the successful meeting and payment terms with the customer, We collect the order details, Fabric Selection, Sizes Charts, Players/Member details, Requirements, Quantity, Fabric Selection and special Notes from the customer.  Then we set the order chart on our system board to ensure the best result and quality product.

at SK sublimation unit the process starts when we place the cut elements of fabric onto the printed papers. During the sublimation process, a colorful design used to transfer from paper to fabric using heat and pressure. We pay close attention to accuracy, which is essential for the subsequent processing of all pieces of fabric to ensure your designs are perfectly reproduced.

The printed material is cut using a CNC laser, trimmings recycled where possible, and the remaining panels taken to our sewing department where expert craftspeople sew each individual garment by hand.

Our sewing departments have a huge assortment of fully automated sewing machines, each specifically configured for the operations needed to construct your custom garment. Thread types, colors, needle types, and sizes are just some of the very many details we control during this stage of production. However, even the best technology cannot replace our vastly experienced seamstresses whose skilled hands consistently deliver the highest quality.

We check and recheck every color, parameter, and detail of your order to ensure the products delivered are what you ordered.
